Evie was born on 24th March 2008 in Ferns 2nd litter. Dam: Goytre Image Of Paradyse At Jupavia, Sire: Sh Ch Goytre Prince Of Dreams JW ShCM. Our plan had always been to keep a bitch from this mating and we were spoilt for choice. It was a joint family decision that it should be Evie. She was the naughtiest of the litter so it seemed right that she should stay.

Evie is a very loving playful character who is constantly on the go, the rest of our pack are very tolerant of her jumping on them and using them as a springboard to get on to the sofa. She is extremely clever and learns so quickly it is difficult to keep up with her.

Our plans with Evie include the breed ring and also agility but she is first and foremost another member of our growing family. He first time in the ring was at Midland Counties Championship Show in October aged 7 months, when she came a very creditable 2nd. This means that she is now Qualified for Crufts 2009 and later in the year 'Puppy Of The Year'. Fingers crossed she does as well next time (if not slightly better).
Since Midland Counties Evie attended LKA on 12th December where she was again placed 2nd in Minor Puppy in a class of 12.

Over the Christmas and new year holiday we took Evie to a couple of Premier Open Shows where she had a very successful time:

At Luton she was 1st in Puppy and Best Puppy In Breed.
Then a fantastic start to 2009 at Coventry she was 1st in puppy, 1st in Junior, Best Puppy in Breed and Reserve Best Of Breed. She went on to win 2nd in the Pastoral Puppy Group.
Our new little star was still full of energy when we arrived home at 8pm after a really long day.

Evie has continued to do exceptionally well in the show ring, winning many classes at Open Shows as well as Best Of Breeds, Reserve Best Of Breeds and Group placings.
She has also qualified for Crufts 2010 in both the breed ring and the Young Kennel Club (YKC) Stakes.
Evie will be out of the ring for a few months as she has done the usual bitch thing and thrown her coat. During this time she has started Agility and Flyball training and is proving to be very fast and a quick learner.
