Alfie is owned in partnership with Lynn Prosser
and family. They
are close
family friends, who were talked into having a puppy from Fern and
Wizard's 2nd litter. He was chosen at birth by
Vicky.
Lynn says "Alfie is a happy boy, always smiling. He loves everyone, two legs or four, is very affectionate and loves cuddles. His favourite toys are his football, which he loves to play with in the garden, and any plastic bottle. Alfie recommends Waitrose 6 pint semi-skimmed milk bottles, which are strong and durable. They make great frisbee's and have a handle for easy carrying."
We borrow Alfie, from time to time, to take to breed shows. He has qualified for Crufts 2010 and 2011.
Alfie is a fabulous Ambassador for the breed. He is full of life and lives to please. His temperament is second to none.
Alfie has now sired six stunning litters. They are all active confident characters we look forward to watching them grow up.
At East Anglian Border Collie Club Championship show on 3rd May 2010 Alfie was 2nd in Limit dog which qualifies him for his Kennel Club Stud Book number and lifetime qualification for Crufts. We are all very proud of his achievement only a couple of months after his 2nd birthday.
Alfie was placed 3rd in Mid Limit at Crufts 2011
